SHIPPING IN AUSTRALIA
We are proud to offer Australia-wide shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. We will contact you if you happen to be from one of those locations.
FREE SHIPPING
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses to Australia by Australia Post. Free shipping will apply to all purchases over $100 for standard and $110 for express post and less than 5 kg.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Monrose Candle Co. is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please ensure your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
